GUNS ‘N’ HOSES BLOOD DRIVE THIS WEEKEND

  

The Brenham Fire and Police Departments are continuing their friendly rivalry with a blood drive this weekend.

The “Guns and Hoses” Blood Drive is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Rob Aguilar, with the Brenham Volunteer Fire Department, says it’s a great opportunity to save a life.

 

Aguilar says there will be treats served all day, and those who donate will receive something special.

 

There will be volunteers onsite, who will be able to watch children while parents are donating blood.  Everyone who donates will receive a certificate for a pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream.
