AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 13 INDICTMENTS

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Rebecca Costello, 19, charged with Intoxication and Assault with a Motor Vehicle, occurring May 26^th.

John Carl Bootenhoff, 38, charged with Attempted Assault of a Public Servant, from June 16^th.

Allen Wyatt Evans, 34, on charges of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, on February 26^th.

Darrel King, 39, charged with Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, from May 31^st.

Jarvis Dwayne Ross, 42, and Sheri Wehr Rylander, 46, each charged with Driving While Intoxicated, 3^rd or more, occurring June 29^th and March 20^th, respectively.

Robert Bowker, 29, in jail for charges of Criminal Mischief and Possession of a Controlled Substance, from offenses on July 26^th and August 3^rd.

Michelle Lynn Byas, 40, John Cade, 66, Laurie Ann Clifton, 29, Jessica Sabrina Gagne, 36, Cathleen Kennedy, 25, and Misty Moore, 39, all on charges of possession of a controlled substance.
