DIG PINK NIGHT RAISES NEARLY $2,600 FOR ‘SIDE-OUT FOUNDATION’

  

The Brenham High School Volleyball team’s “Dig Pink Night” was a great success.

Head Volleyball Coach Debbie Yeager says a total of $2,576 was raised at the game last Tuesday, through admissions, t-shirt sales and bucket drawings.

All proceeds from the event go straight to the Side Out Foundation, benefitting breast cancer awareness and research.

Yeager says the gymnasium was packed to the brim with Cubette fans dressed in pink.  She thanks all the fans that came out and supported the team, as well as all of the people who donated items to the drawings and purchased t-shirts.
