A&M FRATERNITY SUSPENDED AS DEATH INVESTIGATION CONTINUES
A Texas A&M fraternity has been suspended amid an investigation following the death of 18-year old freshman Joseph Little.
Officials says Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, commonly known as FIJI, violated student rules related to hazing, alcohol, university policies and standard administrative policies.
An A&M spokesperson says the fraternity will not be able to apply for recognition until January of 2022. Phi Gamma Delta has appealed the ruling.
Little died back in August after suffering a seizure in his College Station apartment.
The investigation into his death continues. College Station Police are awaiting toxicology results.
