AUTHORITIES WORKING SCENE OF OILFIELD TANKER EXPLOSION NORTH OF CALDWELL
Burleson County authorities were called out to an explosion this (Monday) morning north of Caldwell.
The Burleson County Sheriff’s Office reports an oilfield tanker trailer exploded about half a mile north of Caldwell, around 10:15 a.m.
Burleson County Sheriff’s Investigator Christine Labertew says the explosion occurred at an oil tanker mechanic shop on Highway 36 North.
No injuries have been reported. The Sheriff’s Office asks people to watch for emergency responders that are working in the area.
