AMBER ALERT CANCELLED FOR NORTH TEXAS CHILD

UPDATE:  Officials have cancelled an Amber Alert, issued in North Texas, Tuesday night.

The Amber Alert was issued for 2-year-old Eli Smith of Burkburnett, who had last been seen just before 2 p.m. Tuesday in Burkburnett, near Wichita Falls.

Authorities are reporting this morning that he has been found and the Amber Alert is cancelled.

No other information is available at this time.

Official around the state are on the lookout for a man and woman after an Amber Alert was issued in North Texas, Tuesday night.

An Amber Alert was issued 2-year-old Eli Smith of Burkburnett, who’s believed to be with a man and a woman driving a 2003 Saturn Vue.

Eli was last seen just before 2 p.m. Tuesday in Burkburnett, near Wichita Falls.

Michael Smith

He’s 3 feet tall, weighs 32 pounds and was last seen wearing a light blue thermal shirt with a truck on it and blue jeans.

He’s believed to be with 48-year old Michael Smith and 51-year old Robin Golden.

Robin Golden

Smith is 5-foot-8, weighs 205 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a black fox hat, a blue shirt and jeans.

Golden is 5-foot-6, weighs 145 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes.

They and the boy are believed to be traveling in a 2003 Saturn Vue with California license No. DP416RZ.

Anyone with information is urged to contact local authorities.
