ARREST MADE IN SHOOTING AT LOCAL CONVENIENCE STORE
Three suspects have been arrested in connection to the shooting November 18th at the Valero Station on Highway 105.
Charged are: 27-year old John Thomas Howard, 33-year old Rodney Rayonn Tates and 18-year old Kelvin James Levi Jr., all of Brenham.
Each has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Howard is also charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Sunday, November 18th, just after 2:00 a.m., Brenham Police were dispatched to the shooting in progress. The incident reportedly spilled over from an altercation at a dance at the American Legion Hall that evening.
No one was struck by the ensuing gunfire.
Tates is free on $50,000 bond. Howard’s bonds are set at $250,000 for Aggravated Assault and $500,000 for the Firearm Possession. Levi’s bond is $500,000.
Howard and Levi remain in custody.
