LOCAL OFFICES TO OBSERVE HOLIDAY

  

Local government offices will be closed Monday and Tuesday for the Christmas holidays.

The Washington County courthouse and Brenham City Hall will be closed.

Also closed Monday and Tuesday will be: Brenham municipal court, pet adoption/animal services, the recycling center, waste collection station and Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.  The Library is also closed today (Saturday) and Jan. 4.

The Brenham and Washington County Visitor Center will be open today (Saturday) from 10 a.m.-3 p.m., tomorrow (Sunday) from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.  It will be closed on Christmas Day.

No residential trash pickups will be made Monday and Tuesday; no commercial trash routes will be run on Tuesday.

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center will hold several special “inflatable” events Dec. 26-28 at its natatorium.  An obstacle course will be featured from 1-4 p.m. each day.
