BRENHAM OFFICES CLOSED FOR NEW YEAR’S DAY
Several city offices and services will be closed in Brenham for New Year’s Day.
Brenham City Hall and the Washington County Courthouse will be closed, although the courthouse will be open Tuesday morning during the swearing-in ceremonies for county officials.
Also closed on Tuesday are the Citizens Collection Station, Recycling Center, Municipal Court, pet adoption and animal services, and Brenham / Washington County Visitor Center.
The Blue Bell Aquatic Center will also be closed New Year’s Eve, as well as New Year’s Day. The Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library will be closed on January 4th, along with New Year’s.
In addition, there will not be any residential or commercial trash pickups Tuesday.
