Blue Bell Ice Cream is kicking off 2019 with the release of Mardi Gras King Cake Ice Cream.

The Mardi Gras inspired dessert is made with a cinnamon cake flavored ice cream, pastry pieces and a colorful cream cheese swirl with festive candy sprinkles.

Mardi Gras King Cake will be released to stores this week.  The flavor will also be available, for the first time, in all areas that sell Blue Bell products.  It will be available for a limited time in half gallons.
