SEALY MAN ARRESTED ON BRENHAM ROBBERY CHARGE
A Sealy man faces numerous charges in Brenham, after his arrest Tuesday afternoon following a brief chase.
21-year old Alexander Aguado of Sealy was arrested after the alleged victim claimed he’d had a weapon pointed at him.
Just before 2:00 p.m., police responded to the 2100 block of Highway 290 East. Aguado had reportedly fled the scene.
He was spotted by authorities a short time later on State Highway 36 South.
After a short chase, police say Aguado fled the vehicle and was captured as he tried to flee.
He was taken into custody, charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, four counts of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Delivery of Marijuana, Unlawfully Carrying a Weapon, Evading Arrest, Possession of a Dangerous Drug, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
