TEXAS SELECT FROM “FORGED IN FIRE” COMING TO BELLVILLE

  

Several blacksmiths from the popular History Channel show “Forged in Fire” will be in Bellville this weekend.

Show competitors from Texas will be at Phenix Knives Saturday and Sunday in the historic 1891 Blacksmith Shop.  Guests will get to meet the bladesmiths, see live demonstrations, shop vendors and take tours.

Cowboy Symanski, owner of Phenix Knives, says dozens of contestants from the show will be there.

 

The show pits contestants against one another to determine the best blacksmith.

Symanski says this is a free event to help members of the community.

 

Fenix Knives is located at 305 East Main Street in Bellville, a few blocks from the downtown square.
