BRENHAM ELEMENTARY FITNESS WALK TO BE HELD WEDNESDAY

  

The 2019 Brenham Elementary Fitness Walk is set for next week at Cub Stadium.

The walk will be held Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. around the Cub Stadium track.

The Fitness Walk is a family-friendly event designed to help Brenham ISD elementary students know the importance of daily exercise, by walking around the track with a parent or guardian.

Brenham High School student athletes will be there to help encourage walkers, and the Brenham Fire Department will have a fire truck onsite for students to explore.

Elementary walkers who complete four laps around the track will be rewarded with a medal and treated to Blue Bell Ice Cream.  All walkers will also receive credit for their elementary campus, whether it be Brenham Elementary, Alton Elementary, Krause Elementary, or the Early Childhood Learning Center.
