COLLEGE STATION POLICE INVESTIGATING SLAYING OF MAN FOUND INSIDE MOBILE HOME

  

College Station police are investigating a homicide case of a man found in his mobile home late Tuesday night.

Police say there were called out around 11:45 Tuesday night to a mobile home park in the 3000 block of Texas Avenue.  A man called authorities claiming he found his roommate dead inside their home.

At the scene, police found the body of 30-year-old Osiel Benitez-Herrera.  After several hours of investigation, police announced the death is being treated as a homicide, but they have not given any evidence as to how the victim died.

No arrests have been made thus far.
