BUCS TO OPEN REGION XIV BASEBALL TOURNEY SUNDAY
The Blinn College baseball team holds the No. 2 seed in the South Division heading into the 2019 NJCAA Region XIV Baseball Tournament May 12-16 at Lamar University’s Vincent Beck Stadium in Beaumont, Texas.
The Buccaneers enter the tournament with a 28-21 overall record and 19-16 conference record.
Blinn will open the tournament against Angelina College on Sunday, May 12, at 10 a.m. Angelina claimed the No. 3 seed in the East Division after recording a 31-19 overall record and 16-14 conference record.

The tournament champion will advance to the 2019 Junior College World Series in Grand Junction, Colo., May 25 – June 1.
