BLINN SBDC HOLDING FREE TAXPAYER SEMINAR THURSDAY

  

Registration is still available for a free two-hour seminar tomorrow (Thursday) in Brenham to help business owners with state sales taxes.

The seminar, hosted by Blinn’s Small Business Development Center, will be held at 1 p.m. at the Brenham Campus Student Center.

Michael Stegint, an enforcement officer at the State Comptroller’s Office in Houston, will discuss proper record-keeping and filing requirements for business owners that need to collect and file state sales taxes.  Following his presentation, he will take questions from the audience.
