CHAPPELL HILL BUSINESS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF TOP WINERIES IN TEXAS
A winery in Chappell Hill has been recognized as one of the best wineries in Texas.
Vacation Idea: Dream Vacation Magazine recently released their list of the top 23 wineries in the state, and Texas Star Winery was ranked number 15.
The magazine highlighted the “clever fruit wines” with “uncommon fruit and herbal flavors”, such as its hibiscus and prickly pear wines.
Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce President John Wick congratulated winery owners Jim and Susan Chisolm, saying their contributions to the community are appreciated.
Wick added that Jim Chisolm was the Chamber’s 2018 Man of the Year, and is helping coordinate the inaugural Chappell Hill Beer, Music and Wine Festival on August 24th, which will feature some of the winery’s products.
Texas Star Winery is located at 10587 Old Chappell Hill Road in Chappell Hill.
