AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 13

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 13 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Darryl Glenn Phillips, 57, charged with Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury, and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, offense occurring April 23^rd.

Courtney Britton, 22, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, from February 17, 2018.

Heath Herring, 45, charged with Burglary of a Habitation, offense occurring April 30^th.

Jonathan Adam Williams, 38, Tracy Lynn Gillen, 43, and Terrance Jerome Houston, 36, each for Credit Card or Debit Card Abuse.  Williams was charged December 1, 2018, while Gillen and Houston were each arrested January 16^th.

Brittnie Villanueva, 30, for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, occurring April 11^th.

Tristan Embry, 29, charged for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, from February 7^th.

Houston Paul Huber, 19, for Prohibited Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance, both from March 4^th.

Laurie Anna Austin, 56, for Driving While Intoxicated 3^rd or More, occurring January 19^th.

Timothy Wayne Blaze, 38, Michelle Estelle Buck, 42, and Justin Anthony Dimas, 29, each charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
