Police say they were called out last Thursday just before 3:30 p.m. to the La Grange Walmart, after receiving a call from a woman after an incident in the parking lot.
According to the woman’s report, she was headed out of the store toward her vehicle when she walked past a black Ford Explorer. The woman said a man called out to her from the driver’s seat of the Explorer, and as she turned to see who it was calling her, he reportedly raised his hips out of his seat with his pants unzipped and began touching himself.
After calling 911, the victim informed her husband nearby, who prevented the suspect from leaving by blocking his vehicle into a parking space.
Police arrested 75-year-old James Noel Wooten, who was charged with Indecent Exposure and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was taken to the Dan R. Beck Justice Center.
