AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 18

  

The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 18 suspects.

Austin County District Clerk Sue Murphy released the following names:

Troy Tyrell Downey, 57, charged with two counts of Indeceny with a Child-Sexual Contact, offense occurring May 17^th.

John Riley Ortiz, 19, for Assault of a Family or Household Member Impeding Breath or Circulation, from May 27^th.

Abdillahi Mohamed Abukar, 27, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, from May 27^th.

Brett Steven Baranowski, 32, Otis James Irving, 56, Jason William Irwin, 43, Jill Dollar McGinty, 46, and Canon Dawon Woods, 36, all charged with Driving While Intoxicated-Third or More Offense.

Irby Giles Allison, 63, for Felony Driving While Intoxicated, occurring February 3^rd.

Brian Tanner Alan Lockstedt Jr., 27, for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, occurring July 9^th.

Aaron Sanford, 27, Cameron David Baker, 31, Alberto Anivar Carpentier, 35, Bryanna Fearrin, 24, Marco Lavoie, 52, Andrel Dawan Waddle, 42, Constance Lynn White, 35, and Joshua Thomas Worsham, 28, all charged for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
