Tickets will soon go on sale in Brenham for one of the last performances of a Texas icon.
Gary P. Nunn, a multiple-time CMA, Grammy, and BMI Million-Air Award winner, will play at the Barnhill Center Saturday, October 26th at 7 p.m. Nunn has announced he will be retiring at the end of next year.
Nunn was recently honored by state legislators and Governor Greg Abbott for his lifetime of preserving authentic Texas music, history, and culture. He was also named a Musical Ambassador for Texas by former Governor Rick Perry in 2007.
Some of Nunn’s hits include “London Homesick Blues”, “What I Like About Texas”, “Why Don’t You Meet Me Down in Corpus”, and “Friends for Life”.
SIMON SELECT pre-sale tickets go on sale Monday morning at 10 a.m., starting at $55. Standard tickets go on sale a week later on September 23rd, starting at $40. VIP ticket add-ons are also available starting the 23rd for $25, giving attendees the chance to meet Gary and take photos. VIP tickets also include a drink.
