TOWN HALL MEETING ON ANNEXATION TUESDAY NIGHT AT BRENHAM CITY HALL

Another town hall meeting concerning the City of Brenham’s annexation plans is set for tonight (Tuesday) at Brenham City Hall.

Citizens are invited to attend the meeting, provide feedback, and ask questions about the annexation process.

The city is currently considering three tracts of land for annexation, across 240 acres:

44 acres in the Southwest Industrial Park, bounded by Industrial Boulevard, FM 332, and FM 389;

6/10ths of an acre at Scenic Estates, along the west side of Old Masonic Road;

Just under 195 acres on the east side of Farmers Road between FM 389 and Old Mill Creek Road, and the north side of Old Mill Creek Road between the current city limit line and Jackson Creek.

The public first had the opportunity to comment on the potential annexation of these tracts at a town hall meeting on October 15th.

Tonight’s meeting at Brenham City Hall will begin at 5:30 p.m.
