TOPPERS LIQUOR AND WINE CELEBRATING 30TH ANNIVERSARY
A local liquor store is celebrating 30 years in business.
Toppers Liquor and Wine in Brenham marks its 30th anniversary tomorrow (Friday). The liquor store opened its doors on November 1, 1989.
The store was originally located in the Becker Square strip center, but moved in 2004 to its current location at 2129 South Market. It has continuously been owned by the families of Walt Schoenvogel and Charlie Rosenbaum.
Store Manager Doug Brown says the store will continue to look for more opportunities to grow in the future.
A come-and-go celebration will be held at the store throughout Friday, serving cake and punch to customers and thanking them for all their support. The store opens at 10 a.m.
