BRENHAM MAN SENTENCED TO 7 YEARS IN PRISON

A 62-year old Brenham man has been sentenced to seven years in prison, following a guilty plea in District Court this week.
Allen Thomas Fabisak was pulled over by a Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy back in April of 2018. He was found in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia—including syringes and pipes.
Fabisack pleaded guilty back in September to Manufactue/Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone—a second degree felony. Following a sentencing hearing, he was sentenced to seven years in prison.
Also in District Court, Thursday:
57-year old Jerry Dale Hubert of Cleveland, Texas, was sentenced to five years in prison for Possession of Controlled Substance – a Third Degree Felony. He was originally charged in October of 2018.
30-year old Derrell Dion Johnson of Brenham, was sentenced to four years in prison for a Tampering with Physical Evidence arrest in September of last year.
Johnson also had his probation revoked for a 2015 arrest for Assault of a Family Member. He was sentenced to four years in prison, which will run concurrent with his other sentence.
32-year old Matthew Keith Shell of Brenham, was sentenced to four years in prison for a June 2017 arrest for Evading Arrest with Vehicle – a Third Degree Felony.
44-year old Jason Todd Hrachovy (Rock-away), of Brenham, was sentenced to three years in prison and had his probation refoked for Impersonating a Public Servant – a Third Degree Felony.
37-year old Marlon Esmond Davis of Austin, was placed on five years’ probation for Possession of Controlled Substance – a Third Degree Felony.
He was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service restitution.
17-year old Damon Marquies Sims of Houston, received five years’ probation for Felony Possession of Marijuana. He was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service restitution.
