FOUR SENTENCED IN LATEST DISTRICT COURT
A Washington County man has been sentenced to prison for a 2015 arrest.
33-year old Nathaniel Hardman of Chappell Hill, pleaded guilty to two charges of Manufacture/Deliver of a Controlled Substance – Second Degree Felonies, in the latest edition of 21st District Court.
Hardman was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
Also in District Court:
52-year old Sam Ronald Hudgeons of Brenham, was sentenced to nine years in prison for a 2018 arrest for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance – a First Degree Felony.
25-year old Jaime Echeverria of Chappell Hill, had his 2015 probation revoked for Possession of a Controlled – a Third Degree Felony. Echeverria was sentenced to five years in prison.
And, 23-year old Terrence Earl Smith of Houston was placed on two years’ probation for his March arrest for Possession of Controlled Substance. Smith was also fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours of Community Service Restitution.
