WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY RETURNS 33 INDICTMENTS

  

The Washington County Grand Jury returned 33 indictments this week.  Only the names of those already arrested are released.

Timothy Luke Addicks, 31 of Brenham, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Samuel Castillo, Jr., 29 of Brenham, was indicted for Assault Family Member Enhanced due to Injury of an Elderly person.

Leigh Ann Cavner, 35 of Brenham, was indicted for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

Nigel Godfrey Clarke, 50 of Houston was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.

Malika Shanice Dubose, 25 of Killeen was indicted for three counts of Forgery and Secure Execution of a Document by Deception between $30,000 and $150,000.

Kody Fox, 30 of Brenham, was indicted for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

Lamarcus Freeman, 21 of Killeen, was indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.

Anthony William Lopez, 21 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

William E. Maddox, 51 of Katy, was indicted for Obstruction/Retaliation and Boating While Intoxicated 3rd offence.

Larry James McIntosh, Jr., 31 of Taylor, was indicted for Attempted Secure Execution of Document by Deception $300,000, Repeat Offender and three counts of Forgery.

Jerome Rios, 46 of Brenham, was indicted for Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance between 4 and 200 grams.

Alin Preda, 45 of Spring, was indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information between 10 to 50 Items and Unlawful Use of a Criminal Instrument.

Bishop Tyriq Ryan, 21of Tomball, was indicted for two cases of Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon in a Prohibited Place.

The following persons were indicted in November and have since been arrested:

Michael Earl Bee, 37 of Bryan, was indicted for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child under 14 years of age.

Essence Deena Dixon, 20 of Brenham, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
