CALDWELL SUBDIVISION ANNEXATION ON JANUARY AGENDA
The Caldwell City Council will consider annexation of a new subdivision at their meeting in January.
The council will consider a request for annexation by Arrowhead Farms Subdivision, when they meet January 21st. A public hearing will be held prior to the council vote.
The annexation request is for just under 17 acres as part of Phase-One of the project, which will eventually cover 150 new single-family homes on 41 total acres near Caldwell High School. The total project will take approximately five years to complete.
The homes will primarily have three bedrooms and two baths, with the average home covering 1600 square feet.
Arrowhead Farms is currently in the city’s Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction, but is outside the city limits.
