NAVASOTA POLICE SEARCHING FOR TEEN SUSPECT IN CHRISTMAS EVE SHOOTING

  

Police in Navasota have identified a teen suspect in a Christmas Eve shooting that injured two people.

Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of 17-year-old Donquarius Jessie of Navasota.  They are also searching for two others in connection to the shooting.

Authorities were called out around 8 p.m. Christmas Eve to the 700 block of Doris Street, just west of downtown Navasota.  Police say they found two victims: one was shot in the hand, the other was grazed on the stomach.  Both were taken to an area hospital, and were said to be in stable condition.
