FIVE ARRESTED IN NAVASOTA FOR COLLEGE STATION ROBBERY

  

 

Five Houston-area men have been arrested near Navasota, following an armed robbery in College Station.

Thursday night, five men reportedly robbed the T-Mobile Store on Highway 6 in College Station.

They reportedly go access to the store’s safe and took all of the store’s iPhones, Apple Watches, AirPods, and Samsung Notes before leaving in two vehicles.

The first car was stopped just north of Navasota, about 20 minutes after the robbery.  The second vehicle was detained about 10 minutes later just south of Navasota.

At the scene were authorities from the Texas Department of Public Safety, College Station Police, Grimes County Sheriff’s Office and Navasota Police Department.

All five suspects were arrested for Robbery, a second-degree felony. All of the stolen merchandise was recovered. No one was injured.

Arrested and booked into the Brazos County Jail are: 27-year old  Jaqweec Tywhon Biggles, of Houston; 27-year old Michael Dwyane Smith of Houston; 25-year old Terry Jarome Simmons of Spring; 23-year old Dedsimon Melvel Ford of Spring; and 21-year old Jarvis Marcele Flint of Houston.

  1. Don’t mess with the law in the Brazos Valley. You will get caught. Great coordination between the CSPD, the DPS, GCSD and the Navasota PD. I salute you all for a quick arrest. Job well done.
