KEN STARR SLATED AS GUEST SPEAKER FOR REAGAN DINNER
An influential and controversial figure is coming to speak at an event next month in Grimes County.
Ken Starr will be the featured guest speaker at the 15th Annual Reagan Dinner, set for February 15th at the Grimes County Expo Center.
Starr is best known for his role on the Independent Counsel and Starr Report during the investigation that led to the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton. He also served as President and Chancellor of Baylor University from 2010-2016, resigning after an investigation into his handling of several sexual assaults at the school.
The event begins with a social hour at 5:30 p.m., followed by a steak dinner at 6:30 p.m. General reservations are $60, while VIP reservations, which include a private book signing at 4:30 p.m., are $75.
