BHS MCJROTC EARNS SECOND DRILL MEET CHAMPIONSHIP

  

The Brenham High School MCJROTC Drill Team earned its second straight drill meet championship this past weekend.

The team competed against 19 other schools at the Dayton High School Drill Meet, and took home Overall Drill Meet Championship.

The Female Color Guard placed first, while the Male Color Guard placed third.  The Inspection Team placed first, and Female Physical Training finished third.  The Armed Drill Team placed first in Regulation and first in Exhibition, while the Unarmed Drill Team took second in Exhibition.

Individual cadets receiving honors were Tom Sengphet for Best Overall Armed Commander and Kylee Adams for Best Overall Female Commander.

The Drill Team is directed by Senior Marine Instructor Jeffrey Bayse.
