TEN INDICTED BY LATEST LOCAL GRAND JURY
Ten people have been indicted in the latest session of the 21st District Grand Jury, Tuesday.
55-year old Barry Wayne Turner of Brenham was indicted on a pair of theft charges—October 7th and 8th of last year.
32-year old Christopher James Hartnell Jr. of New Braunfels is charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Impersonating a Public Servant. Hartnell was arrested back in October.
21-year old Richard Lee Ross of Austin has been indicted for Possession of Marijuana between 4 ounces and five pounds and for Unlawful Carry of a Weapon in a Prohibited Place.
Also indicted this week:
51-year old Manuel Monares Andrade of Brenham, for Driving While Intoxicated—3rd or More Offense.
24-year old Benjamin Werry of Bellville, for a 2018 arrest on charges of Possessoin of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
Previously indicted and recently arrested:
38-year old Dustin Darrell Head of Brenham on two counts of Injury to a Child.
44-year old Shawn Lomantt Hancock of Brenham for Theft of Less than $2500 with Two or More Convictions.
47-year old Reynaldo Martinez of Brenham for two cases of Driving While Intoxicated—Third or More Convictions.
And, 26-year old Joe Perez III of Brenham for Injury to a Child.
