BRENHAM GAMECHANGERS RAISES AROUND $40,000 AT “PURSE BINGO”
A unique fundraiser Thursday night in Brenham raised tens of thousands of dollars for local youth.
A sold-out Fireman’s Training Center played host to the Brenham GameChangers’ 2nd Annual “Purse Bingo”, where over 450 bingo players were vying to win designer purses of all kinds.
According to estimates from Brenham GameChangers Board President Heather Thielemann, around $40,000 were raised to support Pre-K through 12th grade students in Brenham and Washington County through scholarships, events, and character education.
