DEL SOL NAMES NEW DIRECTORS OF FINANCE AND TECHNOLOGY, BRAND MARKETING
Brenham-based Del Sol Food Company, Inc., maker of BRIANNAS Salad Dressing, has announced the hiring of two new director positions.
The company in a release Thursday named Jay McKeown as Director of Finance and Technology, and Jenny Van Dorf as Director of Brand Marketing.

McKeown brings over 25 years of financial experience to Del Sol, beginning his career in commercial banking with NationsBank. He has worked with several privately held companies as their Chief Financial Officer, most recently at Mustang Gas Compression, LLC. Prior to that, he was a Director at The Strategic CFO, the Vice President of Finance at The Marker Group, and the Chief Financial Officer at Western International Gas & Cylinders, Inc.
Del Sol President and CEO Scott Eckert said McKeown’s background in planning and analysis in leadership roles will ensure that the company makes solid financial decisions towards growing the brand, while also meeting the needs of employees and shareholders.

Prior to joining Del Sol, Van Dorf was the Public Relations Manager at Blue Bell Creameries. She has over 13 years managing communication, media relations and crisis management.
Eckert said Van Dorf’s background in communications, public relations, and consumer messaging will help to further accelerate the growth of the BRINNAS brand.
BRIANNAS salad dressings have served retailers, distributors, and foodservice clients throughout the United States and the world since 1982.
