BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO HEAR SPECIAL EXCEPTION REQUEST
The Brenham Board of Adjustment will consider one lone item at its meeting Monday.
The board will hold public hearing and possibly act on a special exception request from MC Property Holdings to allow for a 20-foot rear yard setback—where a minimum of 25 feet is required—at 510 West Jefferson Street.
The applicant, Dara Childs, is requesting the exception in order to develop the tract of land with a single-family residence. City staff have reviewed the request and are recommending approval.
The board will meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 p.m., at Brenham City Hall.
