A Caldwell High School senior is back in Texas, after travelling overseas to walk the runways at an esteemed fashion show in Paris.
Jonah Manzi recently modeled items from a collection by New York designer Christopher Korey during Paris Fashion Week, which ran February 24th to March 3rd.
This was Manzi’s first time modeling in Paris, but he is no stranger to the fashion scene, as he has been a part of fashion shows in Houston and New York since he began modeling at the age of 15.
Manzi said his experience at the Paris fashion show was exciting, but also very nerve-wracking.

Manzi said a lot goes into getting modeling jobs, from watching his weight and exercising to keeping his composure on the runway. He said the process is very much like rehearsing for an acting role.
Manzi joked that, while he loved Paris and would recommend people go visit, life there is quite a bit different from life in Texas.
Manzi said, as cliché as it may sound, follow your dreams, because you never know where life will take you.
Manzi thanked his friends and family, especially his father and grandmother, for helping get him to where he is now. He said their continued support has allowed him to stay focused on his dreams.
