SECOND ANNUAL “COOL NIGHTS, HOT TUNES” IN DOWNTOWN BRENHAM SET FOR APRIL 18TH
Main Street Brenham is pleased to announce they’ve scheduled the second annual “Cool Nights, Hot Tunes” concert for downtown Brenham.
The College Station rock ‘n roll band, “The Bad 455’s”, will play for “Cool Nights, Hot Tunes” on Saturday night, April 18th. Jennifer Eckermann, Tourism and Marketing Director for the City of Brenham, says “The Bad 455’s” received a lot of mentions during an online survey last fall about what bands people would like to see. She says they have played before at venues in and around Brenham, and have a strong following.
“The Bad 455’s” will perform from 7:00 ‘til 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 18th, and are being sponsored by Brenham National Bank, Karbach Brewing Company, Must Be Heaven and Boss Lady Office Leasing. Just like with the summer concert series, “Hot Nights, Cool Tunes”, families are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the music that evening. Eckermann expects a big turnout, as several events are going on that day…including the Blue Bell Fun Run, the Chappell Hill Bluebonnet Festival and the Burton Cotton Gin Festival.
