TEXAS A&M CANCELS IN-PERSON CLASSES FOR REST OF SEMESTER
While classes at Texas A&M University will resume this semester in light of the coronavirus pandemic, they will not do so in person.
Texas A&M announced Thursday that not only will classes be cancelled next week, when classes pick back up on Monday, March 23rd, they will be online-only through April 28th. Campus facilities will remain open to faculty, staff, and students.
University officials will use next week to continue planning for the rest of the semester. A decision will be made about in-person final exams and commencement in the coming weeks.
University leaders will advise faculty members on all protocols in the days to come, and will provide direction to individual classes before they resume on March 23rd.
