WASHINGTON CO. JAIL SUSPENDS VISITATION
Due to the corona virus scare, visitation is being suspended at the Washington County Jail.
Washington County Sheriff Otto Hanak says the suspension will remain in effect indefinitely.
Hanak says the suspension will remain in place until Governor Greg Abbot lifts the state disaster declaration.
The Sheriff adds that all efforts will be made attorney visitation, and all attorneys will be screened prior to entry to the jail.
