BIG ANNOUNCES SUPERHERO DRAWING COMPETITION FOR BRENHAM-AREA STUDENTS

With many children stuck at home due to the novel Coronavirus shutting down Brenham-area schools and facilities, Brannon Industrial Group (BIG) has something creative for them to do.

BIG has created The BIG Superhero Drawing Competition for Brenham-area students.  The drawing contest is designed to encourage eligible students and their parents/guardians on their behalf to use their creativity to create BIG’s next superhero for its recycling and garbage trucks.

Judges will choose the winning entries, and a $500 cash prize will be awarded—$250 for the winner, and $250 for the winner’s school.  The winning drawing will go on BIG’s trucks like BIG’s current superhero, Captain Green.

The competition is open only to students in Brenham-area schools, including Brenham ISD, Brenham private schools, or homeschooled students in the district.

Students can enter online at www.bigcompany.com/superhero/, or by mailing their drawing and supporting statement saying in 50 words or less what their superhero drawing means to them.  All entries must be submitted or postmarked by April 1st.

Complete rules of the contest, including info for submitting entries by mail, can be found at www.bigcompany.com/contest-rules/.
