Pre-kindergarten, elementary, and middle school students in Brenham ISD said goodbye to this school year and hello to the summer at a series of end-of-year celebrations Thursday.

Drive-thru celebrations and parades were held at every campus apart from Brenham High School for students and staff to wish each other well in the future.

The entryways to several campuses were backed up with lines of vehicles stretching out to the main road.  Staff lined the driveways holding congratulatory signs and blowing celebratory bubbles.  Some vehicles were decorated with flags, signs, and balloons, but all were filled with parents and students grateful for the memories made during this past school year.

Brenham High School’s scholarship and graduation ceremonies are still set for June 1st and June 6th at 8 p.m. at Cub Stadium.
