BURTON ISD TO CELEBRATE SENIORS, KINDERGARTENERS AT DRIVE-THRU PARADE WEDNESDAY

  

Burton High School seniors and elementary school kindergarteners will be celebrated this (Wednesday) evening at a drive-thru parade.

Community members are invited to say goodbye to seniors and join kindergarten teachers in their farewell to kindergarten students at 6 p.m. in the Burton Elementary School parking lot.  Attendees will not be allowed to get out of their vehicles or congregate.

The event was initially scheduled for last Wednesday, but was rescheduled due to the severe weather that moved through the area.

KTEX-106’s Blake Hickerson will be in Burton this evening in the friendly country cruiser.

Burton High School’s graduation ceremony is set for Friday at 8 p.m. at Panther Stadium.  KWHI will have a live broadcast of the ceremony starting at 7:45 p.m., and will also livestream the event on the KWHI Facebook page.
