DEADLINE WEDNESDAY TO TURN IN NOMINATIONS FOR BRENHAM ISD DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI

  

Today (Wednesday) is the last day to submit nominations for this year’s outstanding alumni of Brenham Public Schools.

Each year, Brenham ISD celebrates the history and success of its schools and alumni at a luncheon in September.

Anyone wishing to make a nomination has until the end of today to turn in their nomination form to the Brenham ISD Central Administration Office.

Any nominations received after today will not be considered for this year’s awards, but they will be kept on file for a period of five years for future alumni selections.  No attachments should be added to the nomination forms.

A selection committee will focus its consideration upon alumni who have demonstrated the character traits of leadership and service, with the nominee’s personal and professional success being an additional factor.

Examples should include: active participation in the community, state, or national activities; evidence of lasting contribution to an organization, business, or society in general; exhibition of leadership ability; and distinction in personal life.
