WCSO SEEKING INFORMATION IN THEFT OF CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT

  

The Washington County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a suspect involved in the theft of construction equipment from the old Washington area.

Tuesday afternoon, a white 90's Ford 4x4 pickup truck with a large blue stripe on the midsection was seen hauling a gooseneck trailer believed by the Sheriff’s Office to be stolen.

The trailer was loaded with a skid steer and mini excavator, which were also reported stolen from property in the 20000 block of FM 1155 East.  The Sheriff’s Office believes the theft occurred between 5 and 6 p.m. Tuesday.

The truck passed through Chappell Hill at approximately 6:30 p.m., and was last seen driving eastbound toward Waller County.
