FAYETTE CO. GRASS FIRE BURNS ABOUT 50 ACRES
About 50 acres of land burned in a Fayette County grass fire, Monday morning.
According to the County Sheriff’s Office, authorities were called out to the Roznov area, southeast of Warrenton, just after 11:00 a.m.
Firefighters from Round Top/Warrenton, Fayetteville and LaGrange battled the blaze that burned about 50 acres, off Roznov Road near FM 1291.
There were no structure losses and no injuries.
The cause of the blaze was individuals who were working on an entryway.
