NINE SENTENCED IN LATEST DISTRICT COURT
Nine people have been sentenced in the latest edition of 21st District Court.
Among those sentenced is 43-year old Niteroi Dwayne Thomas of Houston, who was sentenced to 12 year in prison for a 2019 charge of Bail Jumping and Fail to Appear – a Third Degree Felony.
Also sentenced were:
33-year old Tramendreon Obryant Phillips of Chappell Hill. Sentenced to eight years in prison on a number of charges: Two counts of Attempted Possession Controlled Substance; and Theft Property with two or More Previous Convictions – Second Degree Felony. Phillips was also sentenced to 15 months in prison for a third charge of Attempted Possession of Controlled Substance.
61-year old, William Ralph Mitchell, Jr. and 52-year old Manuel Monares Andrade, both of Brenham. Each was sentenced to three year is prison for Driving While Intoxicated Third or More Offense – a Third Degree Felony.
38-year old Felix Zepeda Andrade of Brenham, placed on five years’ probation and fined $500 each on three separate charged of Possession of a Controlled Substance – all are State Jail Felonies.
35-year old Jeffery Curtis Gunn of Spring, placed on three years’ probation for Possession of Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Gunn was also fined $500 fine and ordered to perform 200 hours community service restitution.
22-year old John Wylee Tyler Edenfield of Brenham, placed on three years’ probation for Forgery – a State Jail Felony. Ednefield was also fined $250, ordered to pay $1200 restitution, perform 50 hours of community service and have no contact with the victim or with Center Drive Inn.
30-year old Zachary Thomas Gore of Brenham, sentenced to 90 days in jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Class A Misdemeanor.
64-year old Stanley James Powell of Burton, place on one years’ probation for Deadly Conduct – a Class A Misdemeanor. Powell was also fined $1,000 and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service restitution.
