BRENHAM F.D. CALLED OUT TO CLEAN UP FLUID LEAK

  

A fluid leak by a tractor trailer led to a call for the Brenham Fire Department, Friday afternoon.

Fire fighters were called out shortly after 2:00 p.m.to the 200 block of Highway 290 East at the intersection with Highway 36 South.

At the scene, they found a truck had leaked fluid in a parking lot and down the roadway.  The Fire Department block a lane of traffic and cleaned up the spill up with dry absorbent.

The truck was located that caused spill and the company had a clean-up crew called out to finish cleaning the affected area.
