BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT APPROVES ZONING VARIANCE
The Brenham Board of Adjustment approved the lone item on its agenda at its meeting Monday.
After a public hearing, the board unanimously approved a zoning variance request from Jared and Rachel Cook.
Approval of the request allows the two to have a 6-foot side yard setback where a minimum 10-foot side yard setback is normally required, in order to attach an existing accessory carport and garage storage structure to their home at 1607 South Jackson Street.
