SUNDAY NIGHT ACCIDENT SENDS ONE TO THE HOSPITAL
One person was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash, Sunday night in Brenham.
Just after 6:00 p.m., authorities were called to the 600 block of West Alamo Street, at the intersection with Burleson Street.
At the scene, a driver was trapped inside a late model Chevy Silverado pickup, which had struck a tree.
The Brenham Fire Department assisted in removing the patient, who was transported to Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Brenham, then life-flighted to College Station.
The name of the victim has not been released.
