HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED IN SEALY MURDER
(Austin Co. Jail)
A Houston man faces a murder charge in Austin County for the death of a Sealy man.
27-year-old Dominique Riston was arrested December 4th after he was determined to be a suspect in the death of 36-year-old George Aguinaga. Investigators say Aguinaga was found dead with a gunshot wound at his home in the 500 block of Frydek Road on November 15th.

Following investigation by the Sealy Police Department and the Texas Rangers, a felony murder warrant was issued for Riston’s arrest. He was taken into custody by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force.
After initially being taken to the Fort Bend County Jail, Riston is now awaiting trial in the Austin County Jail with bond set at $500,000.
